In Meghalaya, we find the Lakadong Turmeric, an ingredient so rich in curcumin, it is perhaps, the best in the world. With 3x times the curcumin, i.e., 12%, this variety grows in this specific region and cannot be grown anywhere else.
The aroma of the Lakadong Turmeric comes through first with the clean, grassy notes of the Wild Green Tea backing it up. The lingering burn of Black Pepper at the back of the throat provides a clean finish to this dark golden brew.
